All of our homes are designed to meet Built Green, Energy Star and E-Star standards. (Subject to customer changes) We believe that this makes sense not only from an environmental perspective, but from a financial perspective as well.

We have always believed that Affordability and Value go hand in hand, or at least they should. Any product can be made "cheaper" but this rarely makes it a better value. You may pay less up front and end up paying more for it over the life of the building. As is the case with the utility bills of a poorly insulated building. Also, the price you pay may not only be in dollars but also in the comfort level of your home.
